Quality
Messerli is a member of AGENS (Association genevoise des
entrepreneurs en nettoyage et de services), an association
dependent on the umbrella employers’ association FER
(Fédération des entreprises romandes à Genève).
We aspire to be a company that is constantly improving
and that responds to the needs of our customers. To
guarantee our customers the highest possible quality,
we carry out regular audits of all our worksites, identify-
ing any points that do not comply with our specifications,
and upload the results to our “MyMesserli” customer
portal. This means that our customers can consult reports
and quality indicators in real time, while at the same time
being able to trace and measure the effectiveness of our
services.
