Our approach
The cleanliness of the space entrusted to us depends to
a large extent on the recruitment, training, dynamism,
know-how, and intelligence of our teams of professional
cleaners.
Our recruitment process begins with a rigorous
selection of each new candidate. Both human and
technical qualities are assessed to identify the best
talent.
During their training, our new employees benefit from
the support of the company’s managers, who come
from the field and are keen to pass on their experience.
They are trained in the latest cleaning techniques and
the most varied types of work. They focus on sensible,
compliant cleaning that respects the environment and
sustainable development, while promoting health and
safety.
We then draw up personalised training plans for each
member of our staff at specialised cleaning schools in
Geneva and Crissier. The courses aim to extend their
skills and incorporate new cleaning techniques, with a
diploma to back them up.
