• After-build cleaning of buildings, villas, schools, administrative buildings,
car parks, stations and airports, bus shelters, public toilets, swimming
pools, and beaches.

• Waste recovery, treatment and disposal, including destruction of confiden-
tial files, and removal of building rubble.

• Cleaning and maintenance of theatres, auditoriums, museums, exhibitions,
events, cinemas, casino halls, sports complexes, and VIP areas.

• Interventions following fires, water damage, and flat refurbishments.

• Cleaning facades and monuments (graffiti, wear and tear).

• Cleaning of all types of windows (using aerial platforms, scaffolding, and
the services of cleaning alpinists for buildings with difficult access).

• Floor treatment, installation of parquet, and linoleum (sanding, sealing).

• Marble crystallisation.

• Carpet cleaning (shampooing and special treatments for old carpets).

• Delegation of staff, cafeteria service, drivers, multi-service agents, security
