Our essence is the word compliance:
Compliance with specifications, compliance
with internal rules, compliance with collective
agreements, and compliance with our culture and
ethics.
Messerli has worked for many years in banking establish-
ments, government departments, and companies
involved in “sensitive” activities, and has developed a
series of measures designed to guarantee its clients
maximum security and confidentiality.
We carry out a strict selection process during recruit-
ment. Each new recruit receives a booklet contain-
ing general safety instructions approved by Swiss
employers’ associations and trade unions. They then
follow a training and risk prevention plan. At Messerli,
our aim is always to exceed our customers’ expectations.
